To meet the requirements of different scale of buildings for the applicants, the URA has established Prequalified Lists A and List B in the   E-Tendering Platform , allowing consultants and contractors to choose based on their company size and experience.

For CIIC2.0, your new or renewal application for the PQ Lists will be REJECTED if you are not on the ICAC list by 30 June 2025. 

For BRCRS, your new or renewal application for the PQ Lists will be REJECTED if you are not on the BRCRS database by 31 December 2025.

Applications for EOI for joining the list of Prequalified Consultants and the list of Prequalified Contractors have opened on our E-Tendering Platform, and approvals will be conducted quarterly (i.e., in March, June, September, and December). If you wish to become a Prequalified Consultant or Prequalified Contractor, please submit your application on the  E-tendering platform.
