Note 1:
To align with the Joint Office's "New procedures for investigating water seepage in private buildings" (hereinafter referred to as the New Procedures), the Building Safety Loan Scheme has introduced a "New Procedures" to expedite the processing of loan applications related to the New Procedures. Specifically, upon the applicant signing all required documents and providing the necessary guarantees, an initial provisional loan amount (not exceeding 30% of the provisional loan amount) will be disbursed to the applicant to assist them in carrying out the relevant building water seepage inspection and testing procedures.
